• Implemented strict data separation between client organisations, ensuring each client can only ever access its own information
• Improved the speed of key reports from over 17 seconds to under a tenth of a second, and put automated checks in place to keep them fast
• Identified and resolved the root cause of slow system dashboards by recreating the live environment in a controlled setting for investigation
